I started working at BWC for my father-in-law in 1991. In 2001 my wife and I bought the company and have been running it ever since. Through the years I have gone from laying drain tile in basements as an employee to now owning the company. I still work with the crew now and then, and often do the estimates for the company. We are blessed to have our sons working with us and to see our life’s work staying in our family.

I have been working for BWC for many years, as a son of the owners and grandson of founder of the company. You can find me on the job site doing various tasks from handling a jackhammer to laying draintile in the trench to wheeling wheelbarrows.

My Grandpa started this company back in 1967. I have been helping on jobs for BWC since I was a teenager. Now I am a crew lead and am often the guy running the big equipment.

I started working for BWC in 2024 after my husband Luke (crew lead) and I were married. I have loved the opportunity to work for a company with strong family values and a hard work ethic. If you call our office the likelihood that you will get to speak with me is high as I perform as the secretary and receptionist for the company.

I married into the company and started working as the book keeper. I have enjoyed the opportunity to expand my skillset with the books as well experimenting with advertising/marketing. I have loved being able to work with family including my husband Aaron (crew lead).
